The Tooth Fairy Returns
A week ago this past Sunday, Kate lost her second tooth (on the bottom). This tooth actually came out the "natural" way rather than a trip to the dentist. Her tooth was loose for a couple of weeks and she couldn't wait for it to come out. It took just a few wiggles and...POP...out it came!

so relieved to hear the tooth fairy doesn't overspend in NC. our neighbor's daughter once bragged to Max that she got 7 dollars for her tooth! it took some fancy talking on our part to explain the discrepancy!
We figured with the amount of teeth still to come out, we needed to keep the amount "reasonable." I think we got a quarter when we were kids.
I'm giving silver dollars or 50-cent pieces when our time comes.
